This is confirmed in the second edition of the Group's Sustainability Report. The 2015 report has just been published and, in line with the direction taken by the company last year, it aims at involving all companies belonging to the Group in order to systematically collect data and information relating to business activities and their social, environmental and economic impacts.
The A4 Holding Group has written its Sustainability Report in a clear way, confirming its commitment to making the company’s goals and results more accessible and transparent. Its aim is to build increasingly strong and stable relationships with its stakeholders, meaning anyone who has an interest in the company: the people and organisations who are interested in the Group’s products, services, status quo and well-being.
In 2015, the Group continued to be actively committed to sustainability, ensuring that its core principles were integrated into all initiatives implemented. This document classifies Group performance into three categories: economic, social and environmental. With regard to economic performance, the Group worked hard to strengthen its role as an economic point of reference, driving development. In fact, it managed to generate substantially stable revenues, cut management costs and continued to make investments to tackle the challenging macroeconomic situation.
At the same time, the Group redesigned its value sphere, creating a more advanced version and sharing it with all its companies with the aim of strengthening relationships in the areas in which it operates, both in Italy and abroad. Today, the Group's international development has led it to operate in extremely different contexts, in terms of economic, cultural and environmental standards. The Group’s “Sustainability” approach is therefore aimed at respecting workers, ensuring transparency for stakeholders and providing quality services to customers, adopting conduct that takes into consideration the specific characteristics of each country.
