What to Do in Case of a Violation

We have established dedicated, independent, and fully confidential reporting channels through which you can report misconduct, abuse, or situations that may jeopardize the dignity and rights of individuals.

If you are a victim of, or witness to, a violation, follow these simple steps:

1—Report the Issue

You can do so confidentially by contacting us through the A4 Holding Group Reporting Channels.

These are secure, two-way channels available to anyone wishing to report, in good faith, violations or suspected misconduct. Access to the Whistleblowing Channel is restricted exclusively to members of the Whistleblowing Office.

The confidentiality of the Reporting Person, the Reported Person, any other individuals involved, as well as the content of the report and all related documentation, is fully protected.

The anonymity of individuals who choose to submit an anonymous report is also safeguarded. However, identified reports generally allow for more effective investigations and facilitate appropriate communication with the Reporting Person.

By clicking “SUBMIT YOUR REPORT HERE”, you will access the digital Whistleblowing Platform, which enables you to submit a report through a guided online process.

2—Collect Relevant Information and Evidence

To help ensure an effective assessment of the case, we recommend – where possible – documenting the facts by providing:

  • Date and time of the incident
  • Location where it occurred
  • Individuals involved or any witnesses
  • A clear description of the inappropriate conduct or situation
  • Any supporting evidence, such as photographs, documents, or emails

You do not need to provide material evidence in order to submit a report: every concern matters and will be taken seriously.

3—Notice Something Wrong? Take Action

We have established dedicated, independent, and fully confidential reporting channels through which you can report misconduct, abuse, or situations that may put the dignity and rights of individuals at risk.

A concrete and structured commitment

At A4 Holding, respect for human rights is a responsibility supported by concrete and operational tools designed to prevent violations and promote a fair and inclusive environment:

Reference Standards

We are guided by the highest international standards:

  • The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
  • The OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct
  • The ILO Conventions on Decent Work

Our goal is to promote a shared culture of respect and responsibility, involving not only our employees but also suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders.

Your voice makes the difference

Every report contributes to building a fairer, safer, and more respectful work environment. If you witness or are subjected to inappropriate behavior, we encourage you to speak up and report it.
