Autostrada Brescia Verona Vicenza Padova further expands its communication channels and social media presence by arriving on Telegram.

In fact, the new Chatbot is now available, whose main objective is to inform in advance about the presence of particularly impactful construction sites scheduled along the routes or significant traffic situations, so that travelers can organize their trips in advance, whether they are of short or long duration, along the A4 Brescia - Padova and A31 Valdastico highway sections.

The new Chatbot includes several features, in addition to those mentioned above: it allows to access to webcams placed along the two highways, as well as consulting the services offered by the service areas, with particular attention to electric and LPG recharging stations.

The channel also reminds which numbers to contact in case of emergencies and information on road conditions and weather.

The service is available in dual languages, Italian and English. The new chatbot was created with the intention of providing advance warnings and traffic updates. It is therefore a reminder to never use your cell phone while driving.
