Autostrada Brescia Verona Vicenza Padova - Customer support evolves to reflect new service usage habits.
26 January 2026

Autostrada Brescia Verona Vicenza Padua is renewing its customer support model as part of a broader transformation reflecting evolving service usage habits and the growing adoption of digital, self-service, and always-accessible solutions.

The increasing use of electronic toll collection has also significantly reshaped the customer experience, directing it toward more immediate, distributed, and continuously available tools.

Thanks to the evolution of support channels, many services can now be accessed quickly and independently via the website: https://www.autobspd.it/

Most activities traditionally handled at Service Centers—such as managing unpaid tolls, submitting refund requests, and requesting toll invoices—are now fully available through dedicated digital channels, which have already been widely used by travelers in recent years.

For customers who prefer in-person assistance, starting from February 1, the two main service hubs will be the Service Centers of Verona Sud and Vicenza Ovest, also serving travelers using the A31 Valdastico as well as those coming from Thiene and Desenzano.

With this update, Autostrada Brescia Verona Vicenza Padua reaffirms its commitment to providing a modern and comprehensive support experience, balancing digital solutions with dedicated in-person assistance to best meet the needs of those traveling along its network, including the A4 Brescia–Padua and the A31 Valdastico.
