The Board of Directors of A4 Holding, an Abertis Group company that manages the A4 Brescia-Padua and A31 Valdastico motorways, announces that Gonzalo Alcalde Rodríguez, spanish manager for two months in the management of A4 Holding, has been nominated as the new Chairman of the Board of Administration, succeeding Carlos del Río Carcaño, until now at the top of the company.

The Board of Directors is now composed as follows: President Gonzalo Alcalde Rodríguez, directors Laura Grau Blasi, Sergi Loughney, Daniel Ventín, Jordi Fernández Montolí, José Aljaro Navarro, Costantino Toniolo.
